There has been such joy and smiling over the last 24 hours in my family, and although tiredness has crept in it got me thinking about our universal, free, simple and pleasurable way to communicate in just Smiling No words are needed but the message is conveyed perfectly.....It can do a lot  a smile to everyone around you...






Smiles make you look better and can make you appear more approachable so that the other person reacts more openly, feels more comfortable and gives you the opportunity to connect and share..
so give smiles away readily as it boosts your personality and image.
Smiling makes others feel welcome,special and appreciated. It can brighten someones day and can melt away fear and insecurity.
Smiling can drastically change the mood or atmosphere in a situation from unpleasant, awkward to relaxed and happy in a matter of seconds. 
Smiling can make someones day so easily and has a profound ongoing effect ..Sometimes its all you need

Laughter and smiling are contagious .....it makes You Happy too...
You are more likely to be perceived as warm, friendly and have people comply with you....  Try it out next time in a restaurant if you are smiling when you want something.

We can reduce stress in such a fun way because the hormones like cortisol, epinephrine, adrenaline, dopamine and growth hormone are produced along with increased levels of health-enhancing hormones like endorphins, and neurotransmitters. Laughter increases antibodies and enhances the efficiency of T-cells in our bodies. 
A good belly or hearty laugh exercises the diaphragm, contracts the abs and even works out the shoulders, leaving our muscles more relaxed It even provides a good workout for the heart. Laughing 100 times is the equivalent to 10 minutes on the rowing machine or 15 minutes on an exercise bike!
Laughing  is a great release especially when you laugh so much it hurts....

 Smiling and laughter can change your perspective. Researchers found that our response to stress can be altered by whether we view something as a “threat” or a “challenge.” Humor can give us a more light-hearted perspective and help us view events as “challenges,” so they appear less threatening and more positive.
Laughter is contagious, if you bring more laughter into your life, you can most likely help others around you laugh more. By elevating the mood of those around you, you can lower their stress levels, and obviously enjoy relationships better.
The more you smile, the more others will SMILE too. Seeing a smile creates what is termed as a “halo effect,” helping us to remember other happy events more vividly, feel more optimistic, more positive and more motivated.
